Self Help for Anxiety and depression is easier than you think.
Many studies show that people who eat fish 3-7 servings a week suffer less anxiety and depression than those who do not.
I'm not saying to eat more fish, your meds and stop to see the doctor. It is not my place.
Here's what I say.
Research shows that if you eat fish, you may be able to give up and stop your medicines consult your doctor for anxietyand depression. This is research that is talking, not me.
For example, the study showed more than a fish oil-omega 3 fatty acids people get, the less suffering from depression.
This research was published in the Journal of Affective Disorders [Vol 26, No 38, 35-46] concluded that "the Great depressed subjects had significantly lower levels of total omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids? … So little depressed and healthy control subjects."
And this observation is by no means an isolated caseexample.
In a second study. Patients with depressive disorders given fish oil omega-3 in only three weeks of treatment compared with those in the placebo group were given fish oil benefits. [American Journal of Psychiatry (Vol 159:477-479]
Thus, self-help for anxiety and depression are within everyone's reach.
Think of it this way. Life is a series of risk management decisions.
We are constantly faced with the choice of the best effortsthe best results. Some decisions take place without much attention to finding ways before crossing streets.
Then instinctively know the pros and cons of this decision.
But other decisions are not as clear as the oncoming traffic. And they did not constitute such an immediate threat. This makes it difficult for us to see the benefits.
With a series of decisions on the results take longer to emerge.
Looking back, if you know a child who wants to eat fishpreventing depression as an adult, would probably be more inclined to eat the fish if it is offered. But then again, maybe not.
But as an adult, you can upgrade your decisions on fish.
Now that you know the consequences of fish consumption, you can choose to have less depression and anxiety by increasing your omega-3 fatty acids fish oil intake, especially since the DS is easier, safer, cheaper and equally effective.
And I want to make the callproposed self-help, is not it?
Sheffield University research department of psychiatry, which was published in the Journal of Affective Disorders, take self-help for anxiety and depression better than anyone else.
The results of this study show that depressive symptoms may be "informed of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid supplements. [Vol 48 (2-3): 149-55]
Notice they said "light" and does not get clearer than that.
Now that you've grown up and canhelp themselves, you can choose to eat more fish and supplement your diet with pure fish oil has ensured good quality of course all 8 omega 3 factors.
